Institute of Behavioral Sciences (IBS), is a non-profit organization, established by renowned nuclear scientist and the national hero of the country, Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan. He has laid the foundation stone of “Institute of Behavioral Science” and the ground breaking ceremony was held on 5th September 1998. IBS is a long-term dream of Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan was to provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to less privileged people residing in Karachi and its and its suburbs.
